UNBELIEVABLE.
After contacting Ernest Jones 15 times and them promising me it would be delivered on 5 occasions I still haven't got my order. These people are totally incompetent. Customer service don't care about it's customers it is run by idiots..... STEER WELL CLEAR OF ERNEST JONES.
