Fault the casting process from the beginning on my engagement ring. Went back after a few years and was told it was wear and tear and they only admitted a fault after the 6 year warranty expired
. And it's unrepairable. They refused to offer me a like for like exchange, so with the price increases I'd have to seriously downgrade. Not the best with your most important piece of jewellery.
