Terrible company.
Bought 2 pieces of Jewellery for gifts. Paid express delivery for both. After I bought them when I was expecting to receive them I received that the first one wasn't available so they would process a refund and the second one delivery was attempted and was unsuccessful which couldn't be the case as both I was in the apartment and reception was working. After that when I requested a refund since I had to go out and buy last time gifts they said that they had to wait for their courier to return it +10 days to process it.
