The content was too in-depth. WHMIS or at least the older one gave you the info needed. For example I don’t care how many classes of flammable there is I just need to know where to look to see what I need to know. Don’t over complicate something that doesn’t need to be.
I used to look after WHMIS when I was in the armed forces and I picked it up and figured it out in a matter of days. 90% or people don’t need to know the majority of the content from the course so maybe make it so that people understand the basics and know where to find the rest.
