very help full. that was the third time I have taken a course and the first time I remember seeing how to self rescue and/or stabilize oneself in case of a fall arrest scenario.
I have been through many site safety orientations and never seen any of that mentioned when going out on a safety rope. Hopefully i was not paying attention the last two times and just missed that part.
