First, during the descision making process to go with eSafetyFirst, anytime I called customer service, the staff were extremely professional, polite and helpful. The web site itself is extremely easy to navigate. I was able to add employees and assign training with no issues. The training was well put together, easy to follow and understand. The on-line training was helpful to accomodate everyones different schedules allowing them to complete everything at their pace and at their availability. This was a cost effective and efficient training course/package.
