We rented a can in Phoenix to go camping in Joshua Tree and Death Valley National Parks, and dropped off in Las Vegas. The staff at both locations were exceptionally friendly and helpful with getting set up and dropping off. They took care of our one major issue (rented tent did not have a rain fly and there were no ground mats) with flying colors by reimbursing us for the air mattress we had to purchase and refunding the full amount of the tent rental. We had an awesome time traveling, cooking and sleeping in the van for five days. Looking forward to doing it again as we explore more of the parks.
