Very quick and straightforward procedure. There was an email where I had to send a picture of my I’d , credit card and myself. I understand now it was to prevent credit card fraud but nowadays we get so many phone calls or phishing emails I really felled uneasy , almost ignored that . My old habit is to check from two sources and good I’ve checked. I’m going on holiday, yay 😀
