“Manju responds quickly to emails and phone calls. She always gets back to me with answers to any questions or concerns I have . She has been helpful and knowledgeable about the properties and destinations we have gone to. I like Escapes.ca website for ease of use in searching for vacation packages.”

“Melody did not send e docs. I had to chase it. Also melody did not tell me about the 24 hours before seat selection. Hotel option of upgrade to premium room was not available at time of booking, but was charged an extra amount to upgrade on arrival at the front desk. I would have liked to book the room I wanted originally when I first bought the trip.”
