It is the customer service reps who are the stars of the show at escapes. Each time I called both prior to booking and after, the reps were helpful, easy to talk with, cheerful, and if they didnt know the answer they found out and let me know. On multiple occasions the reps anticipated my questions, it is so rare to have this level of care. Because of this escapes.ca has earned themselves my customer loyalty, it is nice to know this type of quality still exisits in todays marketplace. Way to go!
