agents were very easy to contact with any questions and quick to respond. everything was pretty good but im not a fan of the procedure for checking into upcoming trips and what not, they also dont notify about seat selection for your trip or room selection options so if you dont find them on your own your family could all end up sitting in random places. Our hotel transfer was arranged through nexus but we werent notified that we needed to check in with them before our arrival. we found the room selection too late but at the resort there were 2 options when we got there and they werent right full so we were able to pick the bed layout that worked for us. overall everything went well just a couple of small things that would have made things easier or a little better.
