Return policy not as stated. You will need to be able to print label and take to a Royal Mail depot which may only be open 2 hours a day. When I complained to customer service that their policy says thier courier will collect from you and you won’t need a printer, they suddenly stopped speaking English. Replying in a different language. Their translated reply was they have no courier in UK. Very poor. They charge £5 plus for returning and still don’t do what returns policy says they will, you will do all the work and pay same charge
