“Non delivery of goods - customer to pay
I placed an order a few weeks ago and I did not receive my order. The courier company tracking says order delivered but I did not receive this order.
I contacted Esdemarca directly only for them to say that it is my responsibility to contact the courier company and raise the issue with them.
I was also told that due to the courier company delivery date being 7 days ago, the return policy has expired and I can no longer log a complaint about the issue.
Now I am ending up out of pocket for goods not received - this is beyond disappointing.
Be warned when placing an order with this website - what a mess!
UPDATE 26/11/2025: Esdemarca have now contacted the courier company and they have confirmed delivery of goods (I have not yet seen any proof of delivery and I definitely have not received this delivery). They have now advised that I personally take this further with the postal service or the police. This is so frustrating as how do you prove that you have not received something?! I will keep updating here for any progression on the case, but please be warned when placing orders to Ireland from Esdemarca - it now looks like this is going to be a personal financial loss to me of over €100 which is awful to incur on the lead up to Christmas.”
“I would give it zero but it is not possible. The pair of shoes I ordered arrived damaged. Returned as per instructions and 15 days on multiple emails and still not been refunded although I have provided the proof of postage on their returns label. This breaches the UK Consumer Act that denotes refunds must be paid in full within 14 days of proof of postage of return. AVOID THIS SHOP I am still owed £106 - and the messages from the the shop are dismissive and rude.”

Ich habe 1 paar Sneaker von Levis bei Esdemarca gekauft. Nach 6 Monaten beim seltenem Tragen sind die Schuhe völlig kaputt. Ich habe bei Esdemarca reklamiert. Sie brauchten 2 Monaten, bis sie mir schreiben, dass die nichts machen können. Dieser Umgang mit Kunden after sale ist nicht akzeptabel. Bitte meiden Sie diesen Händler.”
“I contacted them two weeks ago as the trainers were lower cut than my normal ones.They said they arranged a home collection two weeks later 6 emails no reply no collection nothing.

“I received sketchers sandals few days before expected which was positive. However sandals were different colour to what I ordered.I ordered taupe and received mauve. I am keeping them though as quite like the colour and can't be bothered returning them after reading saga with returning items.”
“Return policy not as stated. You will need to be able to print label and take to a Royal Mail depot which may only be open 2 hours a day. When I complained to customer service that their policy says thier courier will collect from you and you won’t need a printer, they suddenly stopped speaking English. Replying in a different language. Their translated reply was they have no courier in UK. Very poor. They charge £5 plus for returning and still don’t do what returns policy says they will, you will do all the work and pay same charge”

Schoenen besteld geleverd maat was niet goed retour ingevuld etc. Opgegeven moment kan je een retourformulier downloaden gedaan , retour is in Den haag.. verzonden ..mail gestuurd naar Esdemarca .. niet het goede retouradres..Post Nl gebeld etc Pakket weg (je zal denken als een pakket niet voor het desbetreffende bedrijf is dat ze het natuurlijk retoursturen!!! Niet dus, Esdemarcaa gemaild want het is een retouradres wat bij HUN organtie is aangesloten staat. Geen antwoord gekregen!
Het retouradres niet te vinden/bereiken op internet! Vind dit niet netjes!! En ook nog zeggen probeer het pakket maar terug te halen.”
“I ordered some shoes that turned out to be quite big. I decided to return them and it turned out that they charge me 3.99 euros for transport and 5 euros for some voucher that I did not receive and used. They ended up refunding me 9 euros less. This is a scam when there are so many other online shops where returns are free. Never again from this site!”
“I bought a pair of trainer on 25.09.2024 and shipped showed for the 27.09.2024 then it changed to 04.010.2024 I cancelled my order right away and since have been chasing for a refund an being told they have no idea when they will refund me as they are waiting for the trainer to be returned to then from the shipping company. Its been over 5 day and still no refund just the same excuses.
Be care they are not a good company”
