Very poor customer service and service delivery. I booked a return flight with them and paid in full for confirmed flight itinerary. They kept on changing flight times to an extent that it became impossible for me to use the flights. I called them to cancel the booking and they did bother to contact me to confirm cancellation. The original dates for travel have come and gone and I have not heard from them. They have not communicated whether they will pay me back my US$680. I will never use their services and would like others to be aware that they can only use eSky at their peril!!!!!
