“I had a terrible experience with eSky, where they failed to allocate the standard checked baggage on my return flight from London to Tokyo, despite it being included on the outbound leg. I did not select any unusual baggage options, yet eSky's system somehow removed the checked baggage allowance. When I raised the issue, their customer service repeatedly blamed me for not selecting it during booking, despite the fact that checked baggage is standard for international flights. This caused significant inconvenience, and they refused to offer a refund for the extra fees I had to pay. This company STOLE nearly £2000. I paid for flights did not receive any confirmation or tickets. After contacting them 1 week later they lied and said they do not have my booking and did not take payment!!! But £2400 was taken out of my Barclays account for flights that did not actually exist!!! PLEASE do not give this company any of your money!!!!!!!

This just shows the mess of your business. I did not make a second booking. I made only one and didn't contact you for other a week after that booking. So how did I make 2 bookings in one day? This is complete lies! If it allowed me to add a photo i would. I have email from your company saying that there was no bookings at all. I only have one email address so yet again you are lying.

“This company is a scam. When we checked in, the system required us to pay for bags. We simply made a typo and added 8 instead of 3. After IMMEDIATELY notifying them over the phone, IN PERSON when checking in for the flight and then via chat and email..they still wont refund the extra bags. Scammers! I myself have a very bad experience with eSky. As soon as I did not receive the check in , I started contacting them, because I realized that something was wrong. My verification was done and I received a notification from eSky that they will do my check in and I don't need to do anything. The emails they sent were with dead links. Of course, I ended up having to pay the check in at the counter (€55), which made me very angry. When I was finally able to contact them, they replied that it was my fault. I sent them a lot of evidence that the error happened on their side, but since the evidence was presented, they distanced themselves from the situation and cut off communication. It's incredible that such a service can exist today and that more and more people still fall for it. Get away from eSky and buy tickets directly from flight providers!”

I've been using them for 8 years on rare occasions when I need to travel because it was simple to search for a flight. Never needed their customer service by now.
On my last encounter the airline cancelled the flight. Understandable, happens. Esky is an agent company and in this occasion they should help with with alternative options. By this point there were no emails sent by them to notify the cancellation, I discovered it on their app. Where I had TWO options, to ask for a refund or to accept an offer for another flight that was 20 days AFTER my original flight date. Their common sense is unreal, for them was completely OK for me to stay on vacation for nearly a month more and couldn't think this can affect my work or life at all!?
From those 2 options I certainly DID NOT ask for a refund, instead just pressed that I'm not happy to take the alternative option for a flight that is 20 days after my original booking.
I contacted their UK customer service minutes after. I believe I explained my troubles clearly by repeating a few times, but the agent on the phone was so careless that I could sense it and was driving me crazy.I could imagine him sitting with crossed arms and doing nothing, it was so obvious. He kept interrupting me by saying he understood and SEND MY REQUEST TO THE AIRLINE for another flight that I suggested with the same airline and the same day as my original booking, he said they will let me know within 48 hours. However, 3 days past and I got no update. I called the airline instead giving him the full information and they confirmed that my request is very much possible as soon as they get contacted by eSky. When they said that I asked the question if they have been contacted by them, the answer was NO. So that eSky agent I spoke to 3 days before he did NOTHING, but just issue a refund and ignore completely my request, a refund I never asked for. The refund was as well 40% less than I paid, so this is a another joke.
After my call with the airline I called eSky again and that agent confirmed that can't see any request being send to the airline and refund is on the way. I was so mad at that point that I lost my temper. I asked her to sort it out because the calls are recorded and they can check that they messed up all and my first call was completely ignored.
In the process I lost £150, I know for some might not be a big amount, but if that happens to you when you have larger amount, just forget your money. With this encounter I can actually lose my job if I don't return in time and my loses will be heavier. I asked them for proof but they had given me none, because they don't want to give something that openly shows they are scammers.
Avoid them at all cost, nit worth the risk. Might seem fine if there are no disturbances, but as soon as you get one you get no help and they will just keep your money.
I'm slowly reporting this case to all authorities I can find online and I'll get to their CEO eventually. They can't play with people's lives!”

“Very poor customer service and service delivery. I booked a return flight with them and paid in full for confirmed flight itinerary. They kept on changing flight times to an extent that it became impossible for me to use the flights. I called them to cancel the booking and they did bother to contact me to confirm cancellation. The original dates for travel have come and gone and I have not heard from them. They have not communicated whether they will pay me back my US$680. “Be aware this company is fraudulent. I booked a flight from Santiago to Puerto Natales fully refundable with insurance. I cancelled as my husband had COVID and my child was ill while the flight was in the air and they said they would not reimburse me as flight was in the air and despite the travel insurance. This company takes your money overcharges and does not deliver on their service. Be aware as well when I originally booked the flight 5 months prior in April they would not let me do seat selection- and when I tried to cancel the flight at that point because of this and well before the flight took off the statement they sent me was that the airline would not let me cancel and now that I emailed them again while the flight was in the air- oh we are so sorry but the insurance will not let us reimburse you. “Do not trust eSky!
I booked a flight with Finnair through esky and they made me pay 29 euros for baggage claiming that the flight doesn't include it in the fair. They're refusing to refund the amount now and then claiming that the amount is a service fee by eSky which at no point of the transaction gets mentioned which is again done to deceitfully misinform customers.
Finnair offers 23 kgs of baggage in their fair but by misinforming customers that it is not included they make the customer purchase the baggage for 29 euros.
I submitted proof of the same multiple times and they keep trying to avoid a refund.
Horrible experience and cannot be trusted as a service provider.”
