"They made it look like they are Wizzair: their URL was: wizzair.eskytravel.it, and they write \"WizzAir\" so big in the middle of the homepage, so you feel you are buying directly from the airline. They show one price (which is the same as buying from the airline) but then only at the moment of the check-out they add a lot of fees, so if you are not super careful, you end up like me who I paid 45 euros extra to them for literally nothing. This is unacceptable, I want my full refund."

"Do not trust eSky!\r\n\r\nI booked a flight with Finnair through esky and they made me pay 29 euros for baggage claiming that the flight doesn't include it in the fair. They're refusing to refund the amount now and then claiming that the amount is a service fee by eSky which at no point of the transaction gets mentioned which is again done to deceitfully misinform customers.\r\nFinnair offers 23 kgs of baggage in their fair but by misinforming customers that it is not included they make the customer purchase the baggage for 29 euros.\r\nI submitted proof of the same multiple times and they keep trying to avoid a refund.\r\n\r\nHorrible experience and cannot be trusted as a service provider."

Booked flights with this company, they are appalling at getting back to the customer. They only send a generic email so there is no personal contact I will never use this company again and I never recommend them to anybody
”
