The airline changed the flight hour, and I had no choice but changing the flight to one day earlier. All my friends that fly with me booked their flight directly with the airline and got a full refund. I was the only one stupid enough to do it via esky.eu so I am getting close to no refund at all.”

I cancelled my flight tickets just 15 minutes after purchasing them online through an eSky representative, as my husband's work schedule changed on that specific day. Given the nature of his job—where his work schedule can change at any moment—I had purchased cancellation insurance specifically to cover such instances when booking the tickets online. I received a response via email from the ticket agent shortly after they received our cancellation request. In their email, they stated that a deduction would be applied and that I would receive a refund of only 75%. I reluctantly accepted this at the time, even though I had purchased comprehensive insurance coverage for our trip specifically to cover schedule changes. I now believe this was a scam orchestrated by both eSky and their insurance partner, AXA. Due to my busy work schedule, I assumed that they had received my email and would resolve the matter in accordance with our agreement; I deeply regret not reading reviews from other customers who had experienced similar situations before purchasing my tickets. Had I known beforehand, I would have steered clear of eSky's ticketing services entirely. I attempted to contact them regarding our cancellation by calling the phone number listed on their website, but no one answered. It took nearly three months before I was finally able to reach them via online chat; I was then informed that since the flight had already taken place, I was ineligible for compensation, and that if I wished to pursue a claim, I would have to do so directly through the AXA insurance company website. I subsequently contacted AXA, only to receive an email response stating that the information I provided was insufficient to process my claim. Following the incident I experienced, I urge any customers purchasing tickets online through eSky—and utilizing AXA insurance services—to exercise extreme caution, as these companies will invent every possible excuse to avoid paying compensation. I have previously purchased tickets online via the JA website; they operate with great integrity and handle all matters very fairly. This serves as a cautionary tale for anyone preparing to use the services of eSky and AXA insurance.”

“eSky is absolutely the worst. First, they notify my of a sudden price increase of some 250 Euro, saying the airline suddenly increased the price. In all my years of travel, that has NEVER happened. It took them a day to respond to my question about that. 14 hours after paying the extra money I still do not have confirmation of my flight, which takes off in 16 hours. They do not know when I will get my ticket. I do not know if I will fly. Talk about a fly by night company. Every other ticket provider sends the e-ticket within minutes.”

The next day, the airline canceled my reservation without any valid reason, but eSky deducted a large part of my money for flight services that were never provided to me. “They made it look like they are Wizzair: their URL was: wizzair.eskytravel.it, and they write "WizzAir" so big in the middle of the homepage, so you feel you are buying directly from the airline. They show one price (which is the same as buying from the airline) but then only at the moment of the check-out they add a lot of fees, so if you are not super careful, you end up like me who I paid 45 euros extra to them for literally nothing. “Beware that this company charges a surprise very high service fee. You don't see the increase in fee until you've completed the purchase. If you call them immediately after you made the reservation to cancel the flight, they charge you a penalty of half the flight charge.”
“Never again eSky. Our honeymoon got almost ruined due to eSky’s negligence. We bought the tickets months in advance and according to the airline, the flights got canceled one month after we had booked with eSky. We have never been informed about it. We got alerted by our hotel transfer service, 1 week before the flight, that they could not find our flight information at the local airport. We tried to get eSky to look into it, but they kept saying that our booking was confirmed and all was fine. Guess what!? Our flights did not exist anymore and, in order to save the honeymoon we ran into a lot of costs buying new last minute tickets, new tickets back to Europe, extra hotel nights etc. Total lost: over 5.000Euros. Avoid the middle man! Go direct to the airline’s website and make your reservation directly with them. Lesson learned!”

“Booked a flight they took my money no confirmation number no tickets called numerous times the lady who answered the phone said to call her supervisor I call the number she gave me and its West Jet they had no information. I then had to purchase another ticket from Flaire Air I disputed the charges from Esky and they disputed it back I will keep on this until I get my money, they are just a bunch of scammers. “I had a terrible experience with eSky, where they failed to allocate the standard checked baggage on my return flight from London to Tokyo, despite it being included on the outbound leg. I did not select any unusual baggage options, yet eSky's system somehow removed the checked baggage allowance. When I raised the issue, their customer service repeatedly blamed me for not selecting it during booking, despite the fact that checked baggage is standard for international flights. This caused significant inconvenience, and they refused to offer a refund for the extra fees I had to pay. I strongly advise avoiding eSky to prevent falling victim to similar errors and poor service.”

This company STOLE nearly £2000. I paid for flights did not receive any confirmation or tickets. After contacting them 1 week later they lied and said they do not have my booking and did not take payment!!! But £2400 was taken out of my Barclays account for flights that did not actually exist!!! PLEASE do not give this company any of your money!!!!!!!

This just shows the mess of your business. I did not make a second booking. I made only one and didn't contact you for other a week after that booking. So how did I make 2 bookings in one day? This is complete lies! If it allowed me to add a photo i would. I have email from your company saying that there was no bookings at all. I only have one email address so yet again you are lying.
