“SCAM! NO REFUNDS. Phishing push notifications. It's better to stay away. I selected a date, paid and emailed me the changed date and they wouldn't refund my money even though I tried many times via email and phone.”
“Very poor customer service and service delivery. I booked a return flight with them and paid in full for confirmed flight itinerary. They kept on changing flight times to an extent that it became impossible for me to use the flights. I called them to cancel the booking and they did bother to contact me to confirm cancellation. The original dates for travel have come and gone and I have not heard from them. They have not communicated whether they will pay me back my US$680. I will never use their services and would like others to be aware that they can only use eSky at their peril!!!!!”
“Be aware this company is fraudulent. I booked a flight from Santiago to Puerto Natales fully refundable with insurance. I cancelled as my husband had COVID and my child was ill while the flight was in the air and they said they would not reimburse me as flight was in the air and despite the travel insurance. This company takes your money overcharges and does not deliver on their service. Be aware as well when I originally booked the flight 5 months prior in April they would not let me do seat selection- and when I tried to cancel the flight at that point because of this and well before the flight took off the statement they sent me was that the airline would not let me cancel and now that I emailed them again while the flight was in the air- oh we are so sorry but the insurance will not let us reimburse you. “Do not trust eSky!
I booked a flight with Finnair through esky and they made me pay 29 euros for baggage claiming that the flight doesn't include it in the fair. They're refusing to refund the amount now and then claiming that the amount is a service fee by eSky which at no point of the transaction gets mentioned which is again done to deceitfully misinform customers.
Finnair offers 23 kgs of baggage in their fair but by misinforming customers that it is not included they make the customer purchase the baggage for 29 euros.
I submitted proof of the same multiple times and they keep trying to avoid a refund.
Horrible experience and cannot be trusted as a service provider.”
