Incredibly bad and unprofessional attitude. Choose something other than eSky!
I myself have a very bad experience with eSky. As soon as I did not receive the check in , I started contacting them, because I realized that something was wrong. My verification was done and I received a notification from eSky that they will do my check in and I don't need to do anything. The emails they sent were with dead links. Of course, I ended up having to pay the check in at the counter (€55), which made me very angry. When I was finally able to contact them, they replied that it was my fault. I sent them a lot of evidence that the error happened on their side, but since the evidence was presented, they distanced themselves from the situation and cut off communication. It's incredible that such a service can exist today and that more and more people still fall for it. Get away from eSky and buy tickets directly from flight providers!
