This company is a scam. When we checked in, the system required us to pay for bags. We simply made a typo and added 8 instead of 3. After IMMEDIATELY notifying them over the phone, IN PERSON when checking in for the flight and then via chat and email..they still wont refund the extra bags. Scammers! They are now just ignoring my emails when I try to follow up. I disputed with my credit card and am warning others !!
