Never again eSky. Our honeymoon got almost ruined due to eSky’s negligence. We bought the tickets months in advance and according to the airline, the flights got canceled one month after we had booked with eSky. We have never been informed about it. We got alerted by our hotel transfer service, 1 week before the flight, that they could not find our flight information at the local airport. We tried to get eSky to look into it, but they kept saying that our booking was confirmed and all was fine. Guess what!? Our flights did not exist anymore and, in order to save the honeymoon we ran into a lot of costs buying new last minute tickets, new tickets back to Europe, extra hotel nights etc. Total lost: over 5.000Euros. Avoid the middle man! Go direct to the airline’s website and make your reservation directly with them. Lesson learned!
