I am not a big customer but my recent experience means that Espresso Parts is now a go-to for my machine parts. Espresso Parts went out of their way to a) supply me with some pretty rare and exotic parts for my ancient Astoria Lever machine AND b) they made the shipping work for me in my rural and remote location. I like to think that I go the extra kilometre for my customers and it is obvious to me that they do for theirs as well. Thanks.
