“Ordered a new frame for my 22 year old Rancilio Silvia. Second time I have replaced it. This one is supposed to be stainless so, should be the last one. I have ordered parts from Espresso Parts several times and they always deliver quickly. The frame was drop shipped directly from Rancilio. The packing was substantial. Arrived within a week and in Perfect condition. Install took about 2 hours.”

“Espresso Parts provides guidance to me for my equipment by both e-mail and phone. I have multiple espresso machines and grinders that have somewhat confusing part #s for these models. Espresso Parts walks me through which part #s to use and why they have changed. They have also been really good with walking me through the maintainance schedule and steps.”
