“Beautiful product, poor customer phone support though. I ended up needing a portafilter basket and downspout for the portafilter. I called three times and tried to send an e-mail. No responses though. I ended up buying 5 things on Amazon. I tried to send more business to Espresso Parts. No luck though!”

“I purchased (for ECM Synchronika) E61 shower screens and gaskets for the group head. While flexible on the perimeter, the gaskets appear to be made of hard rubber... incompressible, so I could not lock in a portafilter. I have since gone with another vendor whose gaskets are made of silicone, and the listed soecs differ.”

“The part I received was not what ordered. After notifying Expresso that the wrong part was delivered, they promptly responded indicating they did not have the part I needed. They then refunded the full order, including shipping. While I was disappointed the wrong part was delivered, I appreciated the timely follow-up.”

“Never had issues with espresso parts. On the other hand the acaia pearl is garbage. A total waste of time and money. You can set espresso mode, but the timer never starts. Tried to update firmware failed to load, couldn’t recognize the scale. Do yourself a favor and pass on any Acaia.”

“I ordered my first part online 2day air and received the wrong part. I called and got the right part number from a representive. The representive told me he would reimburse my order. I was only reimbursed only for the part and not the $25 or more in shipping. Im very unhappy that I had to pay shipping for the wrong part that was sent to me. I did order again, one day air and received the correct part. For that Im thankful. I will not order online again with you. I will only call in for now own.”

“While this product will be usable for the purposes they were purchased for, the size description was not very clear. It would have been helpful to see these "sight glass" balls in comparison to various sizes of sight glasses/tubes. The price of the item was a bit high for what we received but we were accepting of that cost. The cost of shipping was exorbitant. I purchased 6 balls that would fit into a regular business envelope without extra charge, but was charged over $$14.62 and the shipping was not set up as expedited. Attached is a picture as that shows the size of the purchase as compared to a normal ink pen. These items were purchased on behalf of a small volunteer fire department in rural Maine.”

“I'm satisfied with the Toddy filters, but I'd be even more so had I known that you were temporarily out-of-stock. I paid an additional premium to get overnight delivery, which was moot and a waste of money. Had I known your situation I would've either stuck with a normal delivery or found another venue.”
