I got a $40 bill to pick it up , after I paid for shipping they say it was extra for customs

There was a 2 day delay in scheduled shipping, understandable as this was a new product introduction and not every retailer would have had sufficient supply on day one of release. However, they shipped via FedEx who provided a series of misleading target delivery dates, requested this review days before delivery, and then did not respond to a logistics query sent to their info@ email address. The product did arrive, undamaged. My tl;dr -- meh.

The color of the cappuccino cups and the espresso cups, while both "white", were not the same color white and do not match which was disappointing. I did not realize they would be made by different companies.

ORDER 224667EP I ordered (2) La Pavoni Pro 2-pole green switches. One (1) was defective/failed when installed. Delivery & order fulfillment was excellent.

It is clumsy and time consuming to call and request parts, only to be diverted to the website. I then had to set up an online account. I then had to go to a third party to set up W9, only I couldn't use the one I have on file from the government, I had to use theirs. I then had to email espresso parts that I had completed that. Then they had to reset the order, then I had to go back in and complete the order. This took 2 days to complete, and used to take 10 minutes. I tried to call back at several minutes before closing and they had already sent the phones over to closing. It was way too much work and time.

Purchases were sent via FedEx service that requires pickup from a drug store. I did not request this service. It would have been far more convenient had regular USPS delivery to my address been used as expected. One of the parts I ordered - while it seems nice - broke after only days of gentle use. I guess it was cheap, but I'm still not super happy about it.

We ordered 12 demitas cups. One was broken. I know that's just the nature of shipping ceramic.

Not sure why more order wasn’t what I received. I needed a single basket for a Rancilio Silvia and received an additional 2 incorrect gaskets. I think we got it straight now, but it’s not what I needed when I needed it.

The cups are what you say they are in volume, bigger than I had hoped, but that's my mistake. The coffee cools down too quickly because the open surface on top is so wide. I wish you had some size in between this and the espresso size.

parts fine. nobody returned my phone call afterwards. I have rancilio silva and bought a water filter, but there appear to be 2 hoses and wondering if I should buy 2 or not. very disappointing noboby returned my phone call.

Partial order fulfilled in a timely manner. In the dark with the rest. No updates on when my espresso machine will ship even though it is 4 days passed the latest provided “ships by” date (late June) and I have inquired through info@espressoparts.com.
