“ORDER 433835EP I have yet to recieve this part and the last tracking update from the post office SAID that it was to be delivered on Monday, February 2nd. It was at their transit facility in Cincinnati at 5:47 AM on Monday morning. There has been no update since.”

“Ordered 3 Saturdays ago,as of today 27 Dec - Christmas present order still has not been delivered. The processing has been unexplicabily slow - taking 10 plus days for the label to be made - waiting for order pickup. Made a call to customer service - certainly no sense of urgency. Inquired the package was in the que awaiting UPS pickup for 10 days. Rep said - it will get there.”
