“After charging very high shipping costs in the purchase Espresso Parts shipped the filter with postage due. If I accepted I would have paid a total of almost $40 for a $8.00 filter pack. Error or ripoff scam? I am wondering.”

“You sent me the wrong part and then treated it like a regular return, requesting photos of everything. It took about 2 weeks to finally resolve and then i finally received another shipment and guess what? You sent the exact same incorrect part. I’m actually stunned at the level of incompetence. It’s as if a robot handles your returns rather than a human who might understand what is actually going on. I’m returning this again but I no longer wish to do business with you”

“I bought two different LMLM brew head gaskets and both of them were far too thick! My portafilter just barely locked in place. Replacing the gasket with the stock LM gasket works better but handle still doesn't lock to a 90 degree angle...”
