“I received my order which included Urnex Dezcal items but was unhappy with what the inside of the delivery box looked like. There was a lot of the Dezcal powder found at the bottom of the box which must’ve spilled out from the individual item boxes themselves. Not very satisfied with my order.”

“Still waiting for the part to get her. Took 3 weeks for it to get to Phoenix and now has been sitting there all week and ther is no way for me to get it because it is at a distribution center. My machine is leaking all over the place while my parts sits with the post office unable to get. I won’t ever buy anything from you sent through the post office. I have had to cancel so many events because I don’t have my machine. I am so close to having to close my business over a $48 part!!!”

“Not sure of the product because I haven’t received it yet. According to the tracking, it’s still in transit. Label created 3/11. Picked up by USPS 3/12. Expected delivery 3/25. This email asking for the rating should be sent AFTER the consumer receives the product.”

“Ordered 5 clump crushers, received 4. Messaged and quickly received a response that they would send me the 5th one no charge. Only to have to have my mailman ask for $5.60 to get the package because they didn’t pay for the post.”
