I’ve now had multiple disappointing experiences with Espresso Parts, and at this point I can’t recommend them. First, I placed an order of more than $5,000, only to see every item drop in price by about $1,200 the very next week. There was no price adjustment offered and no way to be notified, so I was simply out of luck. That was frustrating, but I gave them another chance. My next order was worse. The item took a full week just to ship, and when it finally arrived, it wasn’t even close to what I ordered. I ordered a triangle, and they sent a circle—not even in the same universe of being correct. It didn’t look like any real effort was put into fulfilling the order correctly. At this price point, and in this niche of equipment, you expect accuracy, communication, and some level of customer care. Unfortunately, my experiences have been the opposite.

Within a day of my purchase, someone stole my card information and $1K from my account. I hadn’t made any other purchases with that card any time recently, and the purchases were made in WA, ID, and MT. They need to work on their security.

The filters do not work for our 8 cup Bonavita coffee maker. They are too short. It’s not your fault, they said it would work. I would appreciate guidance and how I can make a return to get my money back. Thank you. John Thimmesch

An item arrived with a crack. The box was undamaged so I assume mfg defect. Tried reaching out to espresso parts twice, no luck. Can anyone help?

You failed to put one of the ordered items in the box. After calling to point this out, it now seems to have now been shipped out via burro, as I'm only in Seattle but shipping will somehow take 4+ days (?)

I received my order which included Urnex Dezcal items but was unhappy with what the inside of the delivery box looked like. There was a lot of the Dezcal powder found at the bottom of the box which must’ve spilled out from the individual item boxes themselves. Not very satisfied with my order.
