“ORDER 444065EP, Rancilio 'Rocky' Doserless Spout replacement part for my beloved 2001 Rancilio Rocky Doserless burr grinder - Esprsso Parts offered quick delivery, excellent quality part, and price on higher end. 4 stars because it was quite difficult to find this part on the website. Almost gave up, but so glad I didn’t! I’ll definitely be back for replacement parts for my for my grinder and 2001 Rancilio Sylvia.”

“have had a little trouble getting the coffee bean holder to fit properly into the top of the grinder. I thought it would easily slip in, but requires more finess that seems reasonale. Otherwise, it's greaet”

“I am not sure what the problem could be but the grind adjustment is not getting to "fine" Its coarse & when i try to adjust a bit more, it gets stuck & machine does not run! What could be the issue? Please”

“Fast shipping with one caveat- USPS took an unusual path to my location, adding a couple days to the delivery time. But this wasn’t the fault of Espresso Parts. EP did have the item in stock and it was packed well.”

“Iten is slightly different than OEM part. It still works fine, but because of the incerased width of the grated portion, the coffee brewing has to change, and it makes it slightly harder to get the correct strong flavor.”

“Got exactly what we were wanting, a knockbox. However we were unable to find one that matched the styles of the rinser that we also have built into the bar. Think the stainless container looks, that have rounded edges where it sits on the countertop. We have a black metal rinser that has those rounded corners but couldn't find a knockbox that has a similar shape on the metal that touches the countertop.”

“I was pleased with how quickly my order got to me. I was disappointed when there were two parts missing however I sent an email which was responded to almost immediately and I received those parts right away. Customer service was great.”
