“I paid $17 for expidited shipping (2 day priority) on a small box. I understand this is not your fault but it said it shipped on a Friday and got the package 6 days later on Thursday night. The box looked like it was hit by a train. The contents was not damaged. I know, not your fault on the shipping, just thought you should know.”

“Aesthetically our new mugs are very nice and they definitely keep our coffee hot a little longer than other mugs we own. The mugs however are a little small, making it a little difficult to tell if the heat retention is simply due to less coffee being drunk more quickly or attributed to the mug. It would be nice to have a mug a little larger. With these mugs I've had to go from 2 mugs of coffee in the mornings to 4 refills to get the same amount of java.”

“Good, took a long time to get the part but the team communicated well when I reached out. Also didn't come with any tubing or a lid to the tray, that was a bit of a surprise.”
