“4/5 The mugs are very high quality and I like them, but the color is not the same as it's pictured. They look orange in the picture, but they're a lot darker in person, more amber than orange.”

“The parts were packaged well and arrived quickly but would it kill you guys to stop stapling holes in the plastic bags? I have no other complaints but making holes in sealed plastic bags is just silly even if it does save time during packaging.”

“Good parts selection as usual. The new precision basket I selected has an unusual lip the fits high on my bottom less portfilter. I'd actually need a thinner gasket to use this one. This surprised me, as all my other baskets fit fine.”

“I got exactly the parts I needed very quickly, but be careful about shipping costs, especially if you are in Canada. I paid $38 shipping on six portafilter gaskets that were normally about $6 each and then I paid another $22 in customs COD on the shipment.”

“Ive bought parts before, maybe I'm mistaken of sites. I got a stainless line in, and the last time it came with a copper crush ring. This one is longer and does not. I guess it was for the new Rancilio Silvia Pro and previous models.”

“Working with you guys was fantastic and I really appreciate the ease in ordering. Got a little close with delivery. Althought we paid extra for 2 day it took a little longer than that and scared us for a second but delivery made it one day prior to our counter top measurement appointment so it all turned out good. We will deifinetley be ordering from you again!”

“I paid $17 for expidited shipping (2 day priority) on a small box. I understand this is not your fault but it said it shipped on a Friday and got the package 6 days later on Thursday night. The box looked like it was hit by a train. The contents was not damaged. I know, not your fault on the shipping, just thought you should know.”
