“Would be 5* but I don’t recall the description being clear if the brackets were included with the thermostats… so I ordered brackets. They are super cheap, but unnecessary since they were included. Would have been nice to not order those since they were not needed. Other than that, it fixed my machine right up and shipped very quickly! Love you guys!”

“Product arrived quickly and in order the plastic paper gasket doesn’t fit the machine properly and broke. Fortunately I was able to use the old gasket. Also, there’s no need to include the cotter pin. This isn’t an easy job for the average person.”

“Parts arrived quickly. However, there were no instructions for installing into my burr grinder. I had to look up a number of videos to make sure I was doing things correctly. It would have been much better with directions or at least a list of sites that provide the information.”

“Delighted you had the difficult-to-find part on stock. Shipping was fast. But it was a tiny little, practicly weightless part so shipping charge seemed a bit steep. Not complaining. Just saying. Thanks!”

“the part just as ordered. it is ok, but inferior to the ceramic cone i had, which had 3 smasll holes instead of the one large one. the liquid goes thru too fast.”
