“Love them but they chip a bit easily”

“Aesthetically our new mugs are very nice and they definitely keep our coffee hot a little longer than other mugs we own. The mugs however are a little small, making it a little difficult to tell if the heat retention is simply due to less coffee being drunk more quickly or attributed to the mug. It would be nice to have a mug a little larger. With these mugs I've had to go from 2 mugs of coffee in the mornings to 4 refills to get the same amount of java.”

“Good, took a long time to get the part but the team communicated well when I reached out. Also didn't come with any tubing or a lid to the tray, that was a bit of a surprise.”

“The cups are great and the logo is etched nicely. The alignment of the logo on the cup is a bit off-center. I was trying to avoid that with the proofs but it didn’t work out exactly as expected. The cost of printing was fairly low so it is what it is. I appreciate the service and know it was done in good faith, just a bit off the mark.”

“The deal for the items I ordered was untouchable by any other vendor. Amazon had the items available but I essentially paid for two at the price of one - and not to mention, who knows if Amazon sold the authentic item. In that respect, Espresso Parts is 10/10. The only reason I downgraded a star was that the items were backordered, but this was not stated upon purchasing. I waited weeks and weeks and finally emailed customer service for an update, and they informed me the items I had ordered were backordered until mid-autumn. I was eager to use them, so this was a bit of a bummer. However, shipping was quick once they were available and the packaging was really safe and excellent.”

“excellent product, easily ordered. Surprised, however, at how long it took to get here. 3 or 4 days before usps even picked it up. I'm only 300 miles away. clients' machine was down for a week. I'm still a happy customer.”

“The pressure gauge that I received should come with instructions because, as it turns out, it requires plumbing tape in order to function properly without leaking. The gauge itself is cheaply made, which only added to my frustration, and really surprised me because everything EP sells is ordinarily so solid. It does the job—but for $40 I expect better.”

“The shop sells the items listed on the website. They ship in a good timeframe. The Pietro stand that I purchased is pretty much useless, but it has nothing to do with espresso parts. They shipped exactly what I ordered.”

“Would be 5* but I don’t recall the description being clear if the brackets were included with the thermostats… so I ordered brackets. They are super cheap, but unnecessary since they were included. Would have been nice to not order those since they were not needed. Other than that, it fixed my machine right up and shipped very quickly! Love you guys!”

“Product arrived quickly and in order the plastic paper gasket doesn’t fit the machine properly and broke. Fortunately I was able to use the old gasket. Also, there’s no need to include the cotter pin. This isn’t an easy job for the average person.”
