“We have been pleased with Espresso Parts and the speed of products being shipped. We have ordered 3 pitcher rinser maintenance kits. My only comment is that I wish there was a way to get just the bolt instead of the entire kit for less money since that is the only piece I need from the maintenance kit.”

“The part arrived in reasonable time and almost perfect condition. The plastic shell of the thermal regulator was damaged in shipping,but I was able to reuse the old one in its place. Once part was installed, the espresso machine worked good as new.”

“Parts arrived quickly. Would have given 5 stars, but installation material included was not correct, had to find installation resources on the internet to complete the retrofit board and Wi-Fi. Works as expected after installation.”

“Enjoy working with Dave and the team at espresso parts very much. Had to wait for an item coming from another supplier; it finally arrived last week. This was not on Espresso parts however would like to have known at the time I placed my order there was an expected delay. I would have sourced the item elsewhere.”

“I enjoy a triple espresso in the morning and lovely VERO CORTADO GLASS (4.25OZ) - EMERALD looked to be the perfect choice. Instead what I received was the Vero Cortado in AMBER. An honest mistake, soon as I emailed customer service they immediately sent replacements in the emerald green. No hassle, no questions and very professional. I feel companies can be at their best depending on how well they handle screw-ups. I am impressed. Although I did reserve the fifth star because the ith final product does not seem to be a likeness of the product. Other than that the Vero Cortado is an excellent product. the weight is perfect and has a simple elegance to it that I appreciate. In fact I will probably be ordering a few more of these.”

“Great products, good prices, prompt shipping. Subtracting one start because I was pestered multiple times via text message to "complete" my order when I made the order and had nothing left in my shopping cart. Please fix your system, I bought the things, now leave me alone until your next promotion instead of immediately forcing me to unsubscribe.”
