Service and availability is always good. The only area that is lacking for me is the shipping costs. I feel that it was high for the contents of my order.

Spray screen and gasket fit. Appreciate the quick delivery. The one downside is delivery cost 30% more than the parts.

the part just as ordered. it is ok, but inferior to the ceramic cone i had, which had 3 smasll holes instead of the one large one. the liquid goes thru too fast.

Easy installation to replace broken part. My only issue is I wish the part was metal instead of plastic.

I wish there were better links to what fits with the parts we purchased. I now have to buy more parts because it wasn’t clear about what I was getting until I had it in hand

We got the parts we ordered, but you were short on a couple of items no big deal as we were adding to our inventory

You were great. However, I had a small problem with the latest shipment. The customs duty were paid for half of the shipment and not for all items. I refused the shipment first as I have to pay an extra amount of $70. UPS called me two days after that they contacted the duties to reduce the fees to $25 instead of $70. To make the long story short I paid the $25 knowing that this amount should be covered within the total shipment fees.

Found the correct part for my Gaggia Classic, it fit perfectly and it is now working as intended. Shipping was very very expensive. The part cost +/- $ 8, shipping was in excess of $ 10, for a part abount the size of a marble.

The gasket is in the process of seating when the portafilter is inserted. Initially it was very difficult to insert the portafilter suggesting that the gasket is a bit too big for the Livia 90. However, as I continue to make espressos each day, inserting the portafilter is getting easier.

Well while you guys did great the shipping was the issue. USPS took 10 days and the package finally arrived today 04/18. Somehow went from west coast to east coast to Texas and back.

The recipient of my gift of two cups and saucers was pleased but commented on how very heavy the cups are. Inordinantly heavy. Reminds me of the old-fashioned diner coffee cups. I was happy to find porcelain latte cups but not crazy about the colors. Service was fine. Shipping was expensive.

Very convenient having EP assemble into a kit all parts needed for repair of my 20 yr old Rancillio Silvia v.1's steam valve, and delivery was prompt. Review would have been "excellent" rather than "good" if the "kit" had also included a step by step instruction sheet. I figured it out-eventually-from an online schematic, but the repair--not including the time to purchase a pair of 22 mm crescent wrenches at Home Depot-- took more than 2 hours, probably an hour more than it would have with clear directions. But once installed, it worked like a charm. no more water dripping from the steam wand.
