“The order arrived fast and the product was good. My feedback is about shipping which was very expensive (more that 70$), more than the price of the product itself. It will be a significant hindrance for me and other potential clients from Israel to order from you website.”

“I purchased this as a gift so I cannot comment on how it works which is why I gave it 4 stars. I bought the Kalita MINO Ceramic Dripper 185 in Sand Black. I also purchased the filters to fit the 185. It looks really nice. It also arrived quite quickly and was packed well.”

“Portafilter / Grouphead gasket kit is a good fit for my Quickmill Vetrano machine ... but 1. the $8 part cost $20 to ship to me here in Hawaii; 2. the thickness is less than the original part so my portafilter handle no longer sits at 6:00 o'clock (more like 4:15 o'clock), and if some grease is intended to help seal the gasket, why not include a small amount of it in the kit?”
