“Parts I ordered functioned well and mostly as expected. It could be noted in descriptions that some parts will work on machines other than the one listed like the group head gaskets I ordered for my Rancilio were listed as being for a Cafelat but the dimensions were correct (within 1mm) for the Rancilio. I ordered this because there was not a silicone gasket listed for the Rancilio. I also ordered a brew switch for this same machine that was not listed as being for the Rancilio nor that it could be a brew switch. In other words, parts need to be better cross-referenced and identified with key words.”

“The wand Tip O-ring was too large so it did not work out for sealing the head and the steam arm. The wand is still leaking at this connection. Still looking for a smaller O-ring.”

“I understand that every state has their own regulations for nonprofit organization but I must say that your procedures go beyond what I have run into in the past. We have an IRS 501c3 which covers all the states. In Michigan we normally fill out a simple form with our IRS number and that is it. Anyway it appears we will be paying the extra twenty dollars on this order.”

“Arrived in great condition, though the interior package was a little beat up. Works well and customer service was kind and very respectful. I only didn't give a 5 star is because sometimes I think the machine needs a finer adjustment to the dial. Would purchase again.”
