“Love the new machine! A Nuova Simonelli Musica to replace my 21-year-old dying Pasquini Livia 90. Thanks for expediting my order after I called 10 business days in. You are pretty good from a customer service standpoint, and I have made probably a half-dozen orders over the years. A couple of things for your information or feedback: - After calling and being told I would receive an update, the update was UPS's email. - Not certain a bench test was done due to drop-ship from Nuova. - UPS guy was unprofessional (set the box down not gently and failed to request a signature). I wasn't sure what to do with the POD at that point, no visible damage except inside, one of the sides of the styrofoam was cracked. Of course that's not your fault, and I'm happy with the product. Thanks.”

“Very thankful to Alina for helping me out with a problem with my order. I do wish it was easier to tell what products are or are not compatible with my machines as that would have saved everyone some trouble. Lastly, I don’t understand why Customer Service can’t manage both phone calls and emails when dealing with an issue.l, but glad it all worked out.”

“Ordered new/replacement burrs to grind beans for my old Rancilio Rocky Grinder. The new parts came very quickly and my wife and I cleaned the machine and replaced the burrs using the new screws (part of the ESpresso Parts order). We fired up the Grinder and made a cup of Excellent expresso from our Peet's Italian Roast Beans.”
