The deal for the items I ordered was untouchable by any other vendor. Amazon had the items available but I essentially paid for two at the price of one - and not to mention, who knows if Amazon sold the authentic item. In that respect, Espresso Parts is 10/10. The only reason I downgraded a star was that the items were backordered, but this was not stated upon purchasing. I waited weeks and weeks and finally emailed customer service for an update, and they informed me the items I had ordered were backordered until mid-autumn. I was eager to use them, so this was a bit of a bummer. However, shipping was quick once they were available and the packaging was really safe and excellent.
