Received something I didn’t order. Customer service said it’s a Black Friday free gift and my order will be shipping soon. I check my order status it shows delivered!? Anxiously waiting for my order.

The whole order was wrong. But Dave Merkin straightened it out, he was very helpful. Though, I am still waiting for my piston seals.

I had received the wrong Yama cold brew lid. I own an 8 cup tower and I was sent a 32 cup tower lid. I have sent two emails informing of the mistake and to send a new lid with a return label so can send the wrong lid back. Unfortunately I have not received any response. I have attached a picture of the lid that was broken.

Unfortunately, you sent the wrong part. I contacted you and supposedly you have sent out the correct part… I have not received the part so so far you are a one star if that. You could’ve done better.

Was not what you advertised. You clamed it was 1oz to the line 1.5oz to the top and it is 1.5oz to the line and 2oz to the top
