Unfortunately, you sent the wrong part. I contacted you and supposedly you have sent out the correct part… I have not received the part so so far you are a one star if that. You could’ve done better.

Was not what you advertised. You clamed it was 1oz to the line 1.5oz to the top and it is 1.5oz to the line and 2oz to the top

The package was never delivered, It was shipped on Aug 22 today is Sept 1 and nothing, this is very upsetting.

I ordered ~$100USD parts from you. It has been over and no communications from you for status. I have written to you twice in the last few weeks but the order form online still shows the order to be in the "PROCESSING" phase and has not been fullfilled.

Order has not been deliver after 8 day, no one replies to email customer service. I have not being able to reach any person for customer service whatsoever by phone. My second purchase and last.

My name is Eden, I’m a big coffee lover/buyer and I fell in love with your brown espresso cups. I placed an order for 6 cups a week ago, during a short visit in NYC. I paid extra, for the 2 day delivery as I was about to leave the country, 3 days after. (delivery doubled the amount of the purchase but I have decided to conclude the purchase anyway). The package arrived only yesterday and I’m not there to bring it home. Shipping them out of the country, doesn’t make sense. I’m just going to leave it with whom received them. So if you charge extra for two days delivery, please understand that people are actually expecting to receive the package two days later. Thank you, Eden.

Waited 7-8 weeks for the Product and when it arrived it was broken. The top and bottom of the unit did not screw into each other. Was considering sourcing this as a product on my site but no way!

After 2 months, I finally received my shipment. Unfortunately, it was not what I had ordered. I ordered the item in black and I received brown. I’m awaiting for a response to my email on a plan to correct the error.
