After the order hadn't been shipped for a couple of weeks, I checked in with Espresso Parts who informed me, "We apologize for the delay! This has not shipped out yet. We are catching up after being closed for annual inventory last week." Fair enough. But if you are going to take three weeks to deliver a simple order that is in stock, you need to communicate this to your customers. Their response was cursory, at best. I don't know why they have this attitude. Is it poor management; an overwhelmed workforce; a dominant position in the market so they don't feel the need to deliver customer service; or do they just not care about the service they provide? I am sure I will never know...

The brush that was purchased is faulty. The parts do not stay in place- they pop out when being used.

espresso parts waited until the 4th business day (a week after i ordered the part) to ship, not meeting the contractual obligation to ship within 3 business days. I emailed them 4 days ago and they still have not responded

I purchased the Ascaso Baby T a week ago. After turning it on for the first time the same day I received it, the machine had water leaking from the back of the front panel. It appears to have a faulty expansion valve. In other words, a damaged machine was sent to me. Very disappointed customer!

Part is still not delivered. It has been 10+ days, very disappointing. Guess I will find alternate supplier for repair items going forward.

Ordered some pretty basic parts but the delivery date continues to be rescheduled. It would be helpful to commit to a timeline stated on the website at the time of ordering - otherwise I’d get my parts somewhere else.

I’m satisfied with the products but not the shipping or customer service. I have messaged about the fact that I got my one day next day air shipment in four days. The service team said it was due to being over a weekend. Well that was not specified when I placed the order. Therefore I want a refund but haven’t heard back.

Hi folks, my order came *through* Portland and continued south and is now inexplicably in California. I have no idea what's going on here but am concerned and displeased by it. (I'm guessing that the item won't be damaged, but *it's not even here yet* is the problem.)

I ordered a gift and I payed the one day shipping. The order arrived in two parts. The second part out of the delivery date. I made the claim and you took just half of the responsibility.

Love you guys. But I paid extra for quick shipping and instead of shipping this to my store, it went to a pickup location that was a bit of a hike for me to get to. Not sure if this was UPS's choice but it kind of sucked. Otherwise you guys are great and the parts were exactly what I needed :)

You asked for the review; keep that in mind. 1. The Magnetic dosing ring. Non-magnetic! Nice. 1.5 And it's not even 58 in size so it does not fit. it's too big. 2. Cups. Can't put your finger under them while trying to pick them up while they are sitting on the saucer. Useless. 3. Why does it take so long to get these parts? 4. The little cups/measuring things are nice and 5. The grind mixer upper thingie works...it's flimsy, too long, but it works. 6. Came in 2 boxes. Wasteful to the environment.

I ordered a Kalita wave 185 and it took several days to ship and about a week and a half getting here. Plus you charged me an outrageous amount for shipping. I would have been better off ordering it soon Amazon. No shipping cost anf wouldnhave been here in a day. And same price.

$25 USD to ship an envelope. Still hasn’t arrived after 7 days. I could crab walk faster than this shipment.

Still don’t have my parts. Today is 8/16 The amount you charge for shipping is ridiculous but should have gotten it here fast. But not having it at all? 😂
