No. Responsive to phone call inquiries. I still haven’t received my complete order from you. And there is hardly any communication from your support staff to let me know what’s going on with the missing sink I ordered several weeks ago. I will not recommend your business to anyone because your support and customer service are below par…and par is just average.

I never received the item I ordered. It appears to have been delivered to the wrong address somewhere across the city of Los Angeles.

The print on our most recent order is smudging and wearing off after a couple of washes. Several of the cups came with ink spots smeared in random spots on the mug, and several other mugs had some type of glue stuck in various places.

Package was supposed to be delivered on 12/2.....it is now 12/6 and its still telling me it's in Chicago on way to NY

In NO Way have you lived up to your stated standards. Everyone should be ashamed of what you have made me go through. Think for just one second about what you would have to deal with when, at no fault of your own, what you promised the customer was impossible due to the screwups of someone else. I intentionally ordered many times what I needed to complete a repair across two orders to be sure of getting the one copper crush gasket I needed to replace a boiler. You combined the orders into one and shipped them USPS at Christmas time for no other reason than to save yourself a few cents. Then, the USPS lost my order while simultaneously reporting it as delivered. At this point, you told me I was on my own dealing with the USPS and that you would not do anything to fix it or help. All of this is after you refused to partially ship the original order when I discovered that your webpage stated that an item was in stock when in fact it was always special-order. I eded up paying twice what my orders with you totaled to get what I needed overnight. So, tell me one thing you have done ethically, or even remotely compliant with standard business practices?

I ordered a Mahlkonig x54. It was shipped dec 15 and it’s still sitting in Oregon with no word on when it’s going to ship or arrive. If this was for home use I wouldn’t care but it’s meant for use in my coffee shop. Why hasn’t anyone sent a message at least saying that it hasn’t shipped?

I’ll never order from you again. Already canceled your catalog and emails. Shipping cost as much as the item I ordered. Yes I got it on time, but at that price it would’ve been cheaper to get it off of eBay, which is where I’ll be doing my shopping from now on

I canceled my order before the product left your facility and yet you shipped it anyway meaning ill be out of the shipping costs. will never use your company again to purchase parts for my machines.

Hey good morning l bough a grinder like 1 month ago and l never received it so where is going my money. POOR COMMUNICATION with the costumer and they don’t have to u a exactly information San but true. They only took my money and end no grinder no money!
