Site was unclear on product. Arrived with incorrect tamp. When inquiry made to replace tamp, reply given that it would take a month to replace the item. Quick online search revealed a replacement part was easily obtainable and set to be delivered in days from another site that actually reached out and confirmed the correct replacement part was indeed what was intended to be ordered. Espresso extremely ooor website layout and frankly even worse customer service. Will not be ordering from them again.

The parts never come, for sole reason the delivery address is not the sema that I set. So everything was totally bad... Can I get a refund or how can we fix it?
