Partial order fulfilled in a timely manner. In the dark with the rest. No updates on when my espresso machine will ship even though it is 4 days passed the latest provided “ships by” date (late June) and I have inquired through info@espressoparts.com.

I only order one thing- a coffee cup stamp for our loyalty cards. The stamp is so tiny and not with great detail- you can’t even tell it’s a coffee cup and saucer. It looks like a circle.

The grinder is great, however, I was told when I purchased it that it was on the shelf and available. It took almost 3 weeks for it to be shipped.

The part for my Oscar Espresso machine is difficult to find. Espresso Parts had it and the price was better than the competitors. The product was sent right away, too. I wrote a message asking about the delivery because the tracking system of the delivery company was not up to date. The company wasted no time in checking it out and contacting me immediately. That is really important to me because I live in Panama CA and the part was sent to Miami to be relayed to Panama. The service was excellent and of course, the part works great.

Sent the wrong part which took 7 days to arrive. Called and customer service acknowledge the error and sent a new part which is yet to arrive.

I've ordered this part before, because it wears out. There is poor conductivity that causes the plastic cover to melt. Cleaning off the contact area helps. I am keeping the part on hand just in case. Also, the wiring does not match my Rancilio model, so I have to modify it each time.

I got a knock box. But I thought I specifically ordered a knock chute. I guess I have to figure out how to send this back and get the chute. Delivery does seem to take a while. But I understand it's coming from the west coast to St Louis.

I ordered a Rocky doserless interrupter switch and replacement brushes for my Pällo head cleaner, both of which your website claimed were stocked. The unimportant brushes were, but the critical switch wasn't. So I'm desperate at that point (due probably to insufficient espresso intake). Fortunately, Digitech, a huge electronic supply house in wilds of Minnesota, stocked an exact replacement of the switch and sent it out immediately via USPS. Better yet, the switch itself cost a whopping $1.37 versus the $7 something you guys charged. To your credit, you did allow me to promptly cancel my order to you for the switch.

Good prices, good selection, but a week after the product shipped, there's no estimated delivery date. When I check the tracking number, it's clearly in transit — it's currently in Pennsylvania somewhere, but Fedex just lists it as being at a facility and no estimate on when it will arrive.

I am a fan of Espresso Parts usually, I have no issues, but my last order # 150577EP 2 things occurred, (1) The wrong grinder was sent (2) Ship 2 name had a name and telephone # that was not mine. My name was on there, but so was another name. I have no idea who that person is. I will not put my contact info in this review but please double check the orders to ensure it is the correct product and that the name is correct.

I find that the cups are thinner than the plates. They appear to be more delicate (especelly the handles).

The addition of two new ss screws plus rubber washers would have helped. The cost of the item is terribly expensive at $35 USD plus shipping and tax. It also took over a week to arrive
