There was a 2 day delay in scheduled shipping, understandable as this was a new product introduction and not every retailer would have had sufficient supply on day one of release. However, they shipped via FedEx who provided a series of misleading target delivery dates, requested this review days before delivery, and then did not respond to a logistics query sent to their info@ email address. The product did arrive, undamaged. My tl;dr -- meh.
