“Took a long time to ship from time of order. No indication of item being back ordered until the purchase was made. Deceptive since I would have ordered from another seller had I known it would take several weeks for product to arrive”

“i had to elicit info on my machine order. it was delayed for well over a month took roughly 3 months to arrive. i didn't feel i was updated well until i took the effort to inquire and persist. the delay seemed to me to be prolonged and i never was given any reason as to why it was or why i was not informed.”

“I recently ordered the la marzocco water test kit. It's nice and comprehensive, but I was disappointed that there was only one hardness test strip and only one alkalinity strip. The shipping was also almost the same as the cost of the kit.”

“I ordered two items and was charged for two yet only received one. The other one will arrive, but a week later. Also, I have noticed that the new filter basket is a little narrower than the OEM (Lelit Anna) version to the point where I can't use my current tamper which is a little annoying.”

“this is one of those barista tools that nobody seems to have perfected. after searching for a shot glass that made sense, I landed on this one which might be the best I found yet. all the shot glass needs to do in my opinion is not dripped down the side after pouring. this requires two things: a spout that overhangs a bit, and a spout that's large enough. this one nails it in the first category, it does overhang which lessens the likely hood of dripping down the side and leaving that ring of espresso anywhere you set the glass. but it doesn't quite have a large enough spout so that the coffee is really just trying to pour over the rim of the glass which makes it want to drip down around the sides of the spout. the shot glass would be perfect if the spout was wider and dipped further below the rim. we have drip coffee decanters that do this well but we still have yet to figure it out for espresso decanters.”

“The part that came through the mail slot in my front door is exactly what I needed. For that I thank you. But you guys are maybe a hundred miles from me and the shipping options were stupidly expensive. And wasteful. The envelope went to San Francisco, then Los Angeles, then backtracked to Vancouver before coming over to Victoria. Which more than tripled the cost. I think you should offer standard mail which would be far greener.”
