“I am a fan of Espresso Parts usually, I have no issues, but my last order # 150577EP 2 things occurred, (1) The wrong grinder was sent (2) Ship 2 name had a name and telephone # that was not mine. My name was on there, but so was another name. I have no idea who that person is. I will not put my contact info in this review but please double check the orders to ensure it is the correct product and that the name is correct.”

“The addition of two new ss screws plus rubber washers would have helped. The cost of the item is terribly expensive at $35 USD plus shipping and tax. It also took over a week to arrive”

“Got what I ordered but wrong part for sealing the heating element to the boiler tank! I probably have to send it in for professional repair somewhere. Not worth the effort to return the reasonably priced inexpensive parts I did get.”

“Needs about 10 grams to tamp properly for a good shot. I was hoping for 7 to 8 grams. It also fits real tight and is hard to remove from the portafilter.”

“Parts, shipping and timeliness all top notch. However, I put in this particular order (more expensive parts) based on e-mail notification I’d receive 20% off a next purchase. Well, no 20% off. Also my call to resolve issue was never returned. It’s not major, but the former reliability seems to be slipping as the business grows.”

“The packaging of my order was great, since I had I breakables. But I didn't like that my order was split into two different boxes, when I ordered everything together. Still haven't received it and we ran out of that item. Disappointed.”

“The part arrived after about 10 days. Not you fault, but when I tightened the thermostat, it broke off du to the brass not being strong enough. I had to order another, and get a screw extractor small enough to handle it. Perhaps a warning not to overtighten would have been helpful.”
