“Parts, shipping and timeliness all top notch. However, I put in this particular order (more expensive parts) based on e-mail notification I’d receive 20% off a next purchase. Well, no 20% off. Also my call to resolve issue was never returned. It’s not major, but the former reliability seems to be slipping as the business grows.”

“I needed to get just a cover top for my glass kettle and it was $8, but shipping was $12 so the whole ordeal caused almost as much as original kettle :/”

“The packaging of my order was great, since I had I breakables. But I didn't like that my order was split into two different boxes, when I ordered everything together. Still haven't received it and we ran out of that item. Disappointed.”

“The part arrived after about 10 days. Not you fault, but when I tightened the thermostat, it broke off du to the brass not being strong enough. I had to order another, and get a screw extractor small enough to handle it. Perhaps a warning not to overtighten would have been helpful.”

“I purchased The Force Tamper and was disappointed that while it was listed on the web site as a tamper and distribution tool, no mention was made in the listing that it only came with the flat tamper base. So, in other words, it was not capable of distributing the grounds. The instructions which came with the tamper specifically recommended the distribution base if that is what you wanted to do with the tamper. While I am pleased that the return authorization is going smoothly, and I'll hopefully receive a credit soon, I feel that the web site could be clearer in what they are selling. Had the description indicated the tamper did not come with the distribution base, I never would have ordered the tamper. In short, a lot of time was wasted due to an incomplete description.”

“Half of my order was unavailable even though I was able to purchase as in-stock. Was alerted by the team it would be some time before they would hear back from the manufacturer, it’s been radio silence for while with no ETA. Slightly disappointing, but the other half of my order came in a few days.”

“Excellent service--nice free gifts! But the tamper is sized for millennial La Pavonis. The description should specify that it doesn't fit pre-millennial. I had to file mine down.”

“The cowling is nice and fits well and delivery was fast for overseas shipping. However, shipping to Norway was crazy expensive ($42) and I had to pay additional Norwegian taxes of $30. Won't order here again unless I cannot find any european alternatives.”
