“So pleased. Our espresso machine stopped heating right before Christmas. You had the part we needed and promptly filled our order. Estimated arrival was New years Eve and we actually received it a WEEK earlier. It was a dark time struggling through with just a moka pot. But you guys took care of us pronto. Even during the holiday season.”

“Ordered 3 Saturdays ago,as of today 27 Dec - Christmas present order still has not been delivered. The processing has been unexplicabily slow - taking 10 plus days for the label to be made - waiting for order pickup. Made a call to customer service - certainly no sense of urgency. Inquired the package was in the que awaiting UPS pickup for 10 days. Rep said - it will get there.”

“I ordered my item on 12/12 and I still do not have it. Looks like it shipped from you on 12/18 - not sure why it took 6 days to get it shipped out…very disappointed I did not receive this by Christmas.”

“I recieved the coffee maker and think it is very pretty to look at, easy to clean, and the coffee tastes good. It was a gift and the man who got it found its design really cool. There was no damage and all the pieces were there. Thanks!”
