“Espresso Parts had exactly what I needed - an OEM burr set for my Rancilio Rocky grinder. I've read enough stories about people duped by online suppliers with cheap, knock-off parts, so I was thrilled to find OEM burrs for my discontinued grinder from a reputable seller. The sales rep was incredibly knowldgable, helpful, and friendly. Highly recommended.”

“I have an old Rancilio Rocky Burr Grinder that needed one tiny cam spring. I decided to order all new springs and cam gear while I was at it. I received everything as ordered and loved the added Espresso Parts skull sticker. Another addition to my travel coffee mug.”

“Everything came as expected and in good condition. So far it's been great. Of course the grinder itself is the Pietro and is inherently quirky but it is functioning perfectly as intended and quite well so far. I have ground 1kg of beans through it on 3 coarseness to season it It had no issues with that. I have been currently dialing in my pourovers with it, and it's been a lot of fun. I'm very close to getting it exactly where I want it. I think I'm one setting away. I appreciated the upgraded accessory pack and the customer service. I emailed customer service a few times with some questions while it was on backorder and I got a response within hours. It was concise and addressed my concerns without a bunch of fluff and nonsense. Thanks again.”

“I’ve been a customer for years both on the commercial side and now the consumer side. They always get it right, it’s always shipped quickly and the prices are reasonable. Back when I was ordering parts for machines they would make sure I had everything I needed, even if I missed a washer or a bolt! Great company.”

“Espresso Parts has parts you won’t find anywhere else. I needed a steam valve stem gasket for a 1978 Gaggia Baby. Seemed hopeless, but using the precise measurements Espresso Parts provides, I was able to find a gasket that fits perfectly.”
