“Beautiful product, poor customer phone support though. I ended up needing a portafilter basket and downspout for the portafilter. I called three times and tried to send an e-mail. No responses though. I ended up buying 5 things on Amazon. I tried to send more business to Espresso Parts. No luck though!”

“I ordered a Pullman 876 espresso basket and it came in a timely manner. It was sent in a box with padding and was in perfect shape. I've only used it a few times but so far I'm happy with it.”
