“After charging very high shipping costs in the purchase Espresso Parts shipped the filter with postage due. If I accepted I would have paid a total of almost $40 for a $8.00 filter pack. Error or ripoff scam? I am wondering.”

“I purchased (for ECM Synchronika) E61 shower screens and gaskets for the group head. While flexible on the perimeter, the gaskets appear to be made of hard rubber... incompressible, so I could not lock in a portafilter. I have since gone with another vendor whose gaskets are made of silicone, and the listed soecs differ.”

“the part came in a reasonable amount of time but I was surprised to see an index card with return item instructions. the part fit well but the old one had cracked after the post on the drip basket had rusted. Fortunately, I had a threading device so I used the part.”
