“The part that came through the mail slot in my front door is exactly what I needed. For that I thank you. But you guys are maybe a hundred miles from me and the shipping options were stupidly expensive. And wasteful. The envelope went to San Francisco, then Los Angeles, then backtracked to Vancouver before coming over to Victoria. Which more than tripled the cost. I think you should offer standard mail which would be far greener.”

“One simple part ordered and we were sent the wrong part, potentially costing me a sale of my machine! Called and the correct part being sent but Espresso Parts wouldn't expedite it unless we paid for it. Had to find local vendor who fortunately had the part but had to drive over an hour to get it. My buyer couldn't wait. I am very disappointed and frustrated.”
