“Outstanding warranty support for my commercial grade grinder! My commercial-grade grinder had a CPU issue, and I reached out to EspressoParts.com for help. The team was fantastic — they walked through the diagnostics with me and quickly zeroed in on what was likely causing the problem. Since it was covered under warranty, they sent out a replacement part right away. Their warranty repair partner here in New Jersey was over the top helpful too — easy to reach, quick to answer my questions, and readily available to schedule a drop-off. I've been buying from EspressoParts.com for years and it's always my first stop — anytime I need something for my home barista setup, this is where I look first. Great products, great service, no hassle.”

“Everything was good for the most part, but the bottom bamboo base cracked when tightening the screws during the assembly. It is still usable, but it should be a bit stronger so it doesn't crack.”
