“The 350 ml stainless steel frothing pitcher and steaming thermometer arrived right on time and are perfect for preparing milk for espresso drinks. The pitcher looks great, feels durable, and would easily fit in a professional coffee shop setup. I also love that it has measurement markings inside, which make steaming and pouring much easier. Excellent quality and value. A solid product from Espresso Parts.”

“I was very pleased with the speed of delivery and the customer service I received at EP. Unfortunately, I broke the threaded portion of the thermostat for my R Silvia V3. EP was generous and kind enough to send a replacement right away. NOTE to others: There is a very small raised bit on the thermostat that makes it look like it's not screwed in all the way. DON'T OVERTIGHTEN IT. After installing my new boiler & heating element I noticed a leak at the element. I assumed that would have been tightened down at the factory. Not a problem but it would have been nice to have done before installing. Thank you, EP for your great service and kindest considerations.”
